This was being at the right place at the right time.
Mt. Etna dressed in snow with a little bit of lava to boot! I took this shot shortly after midnight from our hotel room's patio at The Hotel Villa Paradiso in Taormina, Sicily. Patiently waiting for over an hour for the sky to get clear enough to see the mountain top really paid off! I didn't realize the shot I got until I returned home and saw it blow up on my computer screen!
